Jamie is the founder and Managing Director of Fuse. A chartered surveyor with over 30 years in commercial property and more than 15 years in managed services, Jamie has built Fuse into an integrated partner that helps landlords and tenants run their premises as effectively and efficiently as possible. Hands-on and relationship-led, he is known as a trusted partner who always looks to help clients meet their requirements.

Elliot is Operations Director at Fuse, overseeing day-to-day delivery and ensuring clients receive the responsive, reliable support the company is known for. Since joining in December 2019, he has played a key role in Fuse's growth. A former Lance Corporal in the British Army, Elliot brings the leadership and discipline of his military career to a hands-on approach, working closely with clients, suppliers and colleagues to keep projects running smoothly.

Agnieszka brings a background in administration and sociology, with over 15 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles. Detail-oriented and practical, she combines a head for numbers with a strong understanding of people. Organised and proactive, she has been proud to be part of Fuse for more than seven years, working alongside the team to ensure clients feel supported, valued and understood.

Siya is an Administration Officer at Fuse and has been with the company since 2024. With a background in sales and customer service, he supports the smooth running of daily operations while contributing to client-focused initiatives across the business.

He has played a part in growing Fuse’s client base, supporting both the Connected offering and Rates Management solutions. Siya’s strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and customer-centric approach make him a valued member of the Fuse team.
