Jamie is the founder and Managing Director of Fuse. A chartered surveyor with over 30 years in commercial property and more than 15 years in managed services, Jamie has built Fuse into an integrated partner that helps landlords and tenants run their premises as effectively and efficiently as possible. Hands-on and relationship-led, he is known as a trusted partner who always looks to help clients meet their requirements.

Elliot is Operations Director at Fuse, overseeing day-to-day delivery and ensuring clients receive the responsive, reliable support the company is known for. Since joining in December 2019, he has played a key role in Fuse's growth. A former Lance Corporal in the British Army, Elliot brings the leadership and discipline of his military career to a hands-on approach, working closely with clients, suppliers and colleagues to keep projects running smoothly.

Agnieszka is Accounts Executive at Fuse and has been part of the team for more than seven years. With a background in administration and sociology, she brings over 15 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles. Detail-oriented and practical, she combines a head for numbers with a strong understanding of people, working alongside the team to ensure clients feel supported, valued and understood.

Siya is an Administration Officer at Fuse and has been with the company since 2024. With a background in sales and customer service, he supports the smooth running of daily operations while contributing to client-focused initiatives across the business.

He has played a part in growing Fuse’s client base, supporting the Connected offering and advertising. Siya’s strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and customer-centric approach make him a valued member of the Fuse team. 

Jane is a Director at Fuse, working across compliance and communications. She began her career 30 years ago as an analyst in the pharmaceutical industry after completing a degree in Applied Chemistry, later moving into training and HR before running her own business across the region. A return to university took her into teaching, where she spent 18 years teaching Chemistry and, most recently, served as a Deputy SENCO. Highly organised, with a sharp eye for detail, good practice and quality assurance, Jane helps ensure the high standards Fuse sets for its clients are reflected throughout the business.

Shay joins Fuse as a Degree Apprentice, studying towards a Level 6 Digital and Technology Solutions Professional qualification at Newcastle College University Centre.

Passionate about technology, Shay has gained valuable experience through placements with Uptivity, Ernst & Young and Nexus, developing skills in software testing, digital development and engineering.

With a keen interest in networking and cybersecurity, Shay is looking forward to developing his technical expertise and gaining hands-on experience across Fuse and NEIT Solutions.

Jonathan joins Fuse as a Degree Apprentice, studying towards a Level 6 Digital and Technology Solutions Professional qualification at Newcastle College University Centre.

Having completed a T Level in Digital Support Services, Jonathan brings practical IT experience from his time at The Glasshouse, where he supported staff, maintained equipment and helped troubleshoot technical issues.

With a keen interest in cybersecurity, programming and networking, Jonathan is looking forward to developing his technical skills and gaining hands-on experience across Fuse and NEIT Solutions.
